本項目旨在深度評估您的雙眼協調運作能力與眼球表層（眼前節）的健康狀態。此檢測包含「基礎視力檢查」的所有內容，能幫助我們釐清您的視覺問題是否需要透過特殊的稜鏡處置或視覺訓練來改善

This comprehensive assessment evaluates your binocular coordination and anterior segment health. It includes all components of the Basic Vision Screening and helps determine if specialized optical management or vision training is recommended to enhance your visual comfort

●雙眼對位與協調：
評估雙眼是否存在隱斜視及其對抗疲勞的能力

Binocular Alignment: Assessment of eye alignment and coordination (Phoria) using a phoropter

●調節（對焦）功能：
檢測眼睛看遠近切換時的自動對焦能力與穩定度

Accommodation: Evaluation of focusing speed, strength, and stability

●近點聚合能力：
測試雙眼向內匯聚看近物的極限距離

Near Point of Convergence (NPC): Measuring the ability of the eyes to converge on close objects

●中心視覺品質篩檢：
透過阿姆斯勒方格快速篩檢黃斑部視覺完整性

Visual Integrity Screening: Central vision assessment using the Amsler Grid

●眼球前段健康評估：
使用裂隙燈與角膜地形圖觀察角膜、結膜與生理狀態

Anterior Segment Evaluation: Assessment of corneal curvature and ocular surface health using slit-lamp microscopy

●眼外肌運動評估：
檢查眼球追蹤物體時的平滑度與協調性

Extraocular Motilities (EOM): Eye movement and coordination assessment

●深度感與立體視覺：
評估雙眼辨識物體空間深度與距離的能力

Stereopsis (Depth Perception): Evaluation of the eyes' ability to perceive 3D space and distance

●辨色力篩檢：
使用石原氏色盲檢測圖進行色彩辨識能力評估

Color Vision Screening: Assessment of color perception using Ishihara plates

適用對象｜Recommended For

閱讀容易疲勞、跳行或對焦緩慢者 (Frequent eye strain or difficulty focusing)
頻繁出現與視覺相關的頭痛或不適感者 (Visual-induced headaches or discomfort)
有斜視或隱斜視病史的人士 (History of strabismus or phoria)
希望了解雙眼功能狀態者 (Comprehensive binocular function check-up)

預估時間：約 45–60 分鐘 (Estimated Time: 45–60 mins)
服務費用：新台幣 1,000 元 (Fee: NTD 1,000)

●本項目屬於視覺功能評估，不包含任何醫療診斷或眼疾治療

This is a functional vision assessment and does not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment for eye diseases

●檢測結果將作為光學處置或視覺訓練之參考，若評估過程中發現疑似病理特徵，我們將依專業職責建議轉診至眼科醫院

Results are used for optical management or vision training recommendations. If suspected pathological signs are observed, we will provide a referral to an ophthalmologist for medical evaluation

●以上收費皆參照桃園市衛生局核定之收費標準
